Flights, a unique, high quality, high density mixed use district in north-east Calgary, will transform what is currently acreage land near the eastern boundary of the Calgary International Airport into an urban village showcasing a thriving main street lined with street-side retail, luxury condominiums and live-work units. We prepared the concept, outline plan and public realm and main plaza design, and developed urban design guidelines to guide individual building development.
