The project site is almost an entire block of Salmon Arm’s downtown, in an ideal location for innovative development that could make a strong contribution to a pedestrian-scaled public realm and add vitality to the area. The design concept, massing study and phasing plan for a mixed use development (retail, office and residential) aimed to contribute to the public realm, address parking issues, and take advantage of the sloped site.
